Please note the following important rules:

1. The promotion is valid on the entire product range, including clearance items, except for children's items, children's items, and accessories. A 100% discount on the price of one lowest-priced item is provided for each purchase of three (3) items participating in the Promotion, and is distributed proportionally across all items. When you purchase six (6) items, the discount is 100% of the price of the two lowest-priced items, and is distributed proportionally across all items participating in the Promotion.

2. When selecting three items of the same price from the Promotion, a 100% Discount is applied to any one item (two for a purchase of six, etc.) purchased and is distributed proportionally across all items on the receipt.

3. Items purchased by the buyer under the Promotion are issued on a separate receipt. The discount is distributed proportionally across the items included in the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is valid, and the Discount is applied when paying in full or in part with a Mark Formelle gift certificate.

5. The Discount is not valid when purchasing a gift certificate.

6. The Discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

7. By participating in the Promotion, the buyer agrees that exchanges and returns of quality goods purchased under the Promotion are permitted only upon presentation of the corresponding sales receipt confirming the purchase of the specified item at this store. 8. When exchanging or returning an item included in the Promotion, all items on the receipt are re-issued and the price is recalculated.

9. When returning (exchanging) a product of proper quality purchased by the buyer under the Promotion, or exchanging said product without replacing it with a product also included in the Promotion, resulting in the purchase no longer meeting the terms of the Promotion in whole or in part, the buyer thereby forgoes the Promotion and the Discount. In this case, the buyer will be reimbursed for the cost of the returned item or will be replaced with a product not included in the Promotion, subject to the buyer paying the discount previously provided under the Promotion.

10. When exchanging a product of proper quality purchased by the buyer under the Promotion for a product also included in the Promotion, the current retail prices of such items in the store are taken into account, excluding the previously provided Discount, and the Discount applied to the entire purchase is recalculated. If, as a result of such a recalculation, the amount previously paid by the buyer is greater than the final amount on the receipt, the buyer is reimbursed for the difference. If, as a result of such a recalculation, the amount previously paid by the buyer is less than the final amount on the receipt, the buyer is obligated to reimburse the difference.
