Want to take atmospheric photos for social media and spend a productive evening with your child? OldCity offers just that! We're telling you about a new photo location and a free children's program where fairy tales come to life with music.
1. Journey to the East: a new Chinese-themed photo zone
Experience the atmosphere of the East without leaving Grodno! A new vibrant photo location has opened in the atrium of the OldCity shopping center—a tree with red paper lanterns in traditional Chinese style.
2. Fairytale Fridays at OldCity: Music Paints a Fairytale
As part of the "Skin Friday – Native, Mine" project, OldCity continues to introduce children and adults to the beauty of Belarusian culture. On January 30th, enjoy the children's entertainment program "How Music Paints..." by artists from the State Cultural Institution, the Honored Ensemble of the Republic of Belarus, the Grodno Chapel.
Performers will bring beloved folk tales and fables to life in their native language: stories about "Kura-Raba," "Ganarysta Vara," "Baba Yaga," "Dzeda-Baradzeda," "Vyasnovai Tsarune," and other characters will be told.
When: January 30 (Friday), starts at 6:00 PM
Where: Castle Zone, OldCity Shopping Center
Admission is free!
