POLICY for the handling of cookies (as of 24.07.2025)

1. General Provisions

1.1. The publication of the Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is one of the mandatory measures taken by the Unitary Investment Enterprise Conte Invest to ensure the protection of personal data, as provided for in Article 17 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated May 7, 2021 No. 99-Z “On the Protection of Personal Data” (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

This Policy explains to users of the information resource oldcity.by (hereinafter referred to as the website), the owner (holder) of which is the Unitary Enterprise Conte Invest (hereinafter referred to as the enterprise), how, for what purposes and on what legal basis their personal data is collected, used or otherwise processed.

1.2. For the purposes of this Policy, cookies are text files stored in the Internet browser of the user's device (computer, mobile phone, etc.) when visiting Internet sites to reflect and (or) remember the user's actions.

Other terms are used in this Policy in the meanings defined by the Law.

4. Cross-border transfer of cookies

4.1. When using third-party target services for processing cookies, the Company carries out cross-border transfer of cookies to third parties specified in the appendix to this Policy. 4.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data contained in cookies is carried out both to states in whose territory an adequate level of protection of the rights of personal data subjects is ensured, and to states without an adequate level of protection.

6. Disabling cookies in browser settings
